Returns/refund policy

• How can I get a refund or exchange?

Only products purchased on the www.drjackson.co.uk website can be returned to Dr Jackson’s for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

When returning items, all products should be returned to the following address:
Dr Jackson’s, Second Floor West Wing, Cocoa House 129, Cumberland Road, Bristol, BS1 6UY, UK, +44 7859 744028.

Shipping costs will be incurred when sending products back to Dr Jackson’s. A shipping charge of £6 will be payable if the subsequent refund reduces the original order amount to below the free shipping threshold of £45.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Dr Jackson’s to process any refund or exchange. Please call: +44 7859 744028 or email to [contactus@drjackson.co.uk] in advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that the Dr Jacksons team can assist you with a smooth returns process.

Please carefully pack your items and retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Dr Jackson’s. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
